Storage and Retention of Personal Information
Any information provided to us via our Contact Us form is stored securely for 3 months, after which time it is deleted/destroyed. Information which is transferred to our practice management software for the purpose of us fulfilling a contract with you as a patient will be retained in line with our Data Protection, Confidentiality and Information Security Policy.
Your Right to Access Personal Information

We do not charge a fee for this information, unless we deem the request to be excessive, and Gillian Preston will respond to your request within one month of its receipt.
