Heather has been part of the team at Coatbridge family Dental Care for two and a half years and works closely alongside John as his Dental Nurse. She also manages the practice’s social media, capturing content that showcases the team and the life changing results patients achieve.

Before moving into dentistry, Heather worked as a kitchen designer but decided she was ready for a new challenge. She hasn’t looked back since. She finds dental nursing incredibly rewarding, especially being part of a patient’s journey from their first visit through to their final smile reveal.

Heather often assists with implant treatments and enjoys being involved in more advanced procedures. She values the close relationships she builds with patients and loves that she is able to follow their progress closely, something she had always hoped for in her career.

She describes the team at Coatbridge family Dental Care as hardworking, supportive and like a family, where everyone works hard but never forgets to have a laugh along the way.

Outside of work, Heather is a devoted dog mum to her Labrador, Ellie, and is also an assistant coach at a stage school. In the future, she hopes to still be part of the practice, continuing to create content and perhaps starting a family of her own. Visiting the real Moulin Rouge in Paris, with a glass of champagne in hand, is firmly on her bucket list.
