Ainsley has been part of the Coatbridge Family Dental Care team for seven years and provides a wide range of treatments, from general dental care and Invisalign to facial aesthetics and sedation.

She was inspired to pursue dentistry after spending time with her own childhood dentist and quickly realised it was the career for her. For Ainsley, the most rewarding part of her role is being able to help people, whether that means relieving toothache, restoring confidence in a smile or simply making someone feel at ease in the dental chair.

Alongside her general dentistry work, Ainsley runs our dedicated sedation clinic, supporting patients who feel anxious about treatment. Her calm manner and ability to build rapport quickly help patients feel relaxed and safe throughout their visit. She also leads our regular facial aesthetics clinics, offering carefully tailored treatments designed to complement and enhance natural features in a subtle, balanced way.

Ainsley’s diary is always busy and she works closely with her nurse Amy to deliver smooth, well organised appointments. She takes pride in listening carefully to each patient’s concerns and creating a relaxed atmosphere in her surgery. Patients often comment on her friendly approach and the way she keeps them at ease throughout treatment.

She describes the team at CFDC as feeling more like a family, with many members having worked together for years. For Ainsley, that supportive environment is what makes the practice so special.

Outside of work, Ainsley enjoys Pilates, walking in nature, travelling, reading and spending time with friends and family. At the top of her bucket list is going on safari in South Africa.
