Trainee Dental Nurse

I have been a trainee dental nurse for a little over a year now and I am really enjoying the course.
I have always wanted to be in the healthcare sector because I have a tendency to help people.

Knowing that many people are insecure with their smile and teeth made me more inclined to dentistry. I find it really rewarding when someone has their smile back because their teeth are fixed, and they are finally happy with it.

The thing which amazes me about dentistry is that it is constantly improving, and new innovations are made frequently. Just when you think “wow this can’t get any better” it does! And I find this aspect of dentistry very fascinating. The ability to change and completely transform someone’s smile is a really satisfying and a meaningful journey to be on.

I love working in Coatbridge Family Dental Care as the practice has a very comforting environment, everyone is really nice, friendly and we all get along with each other. Coatbridge Family Dental Care is like my second family and I am very grateful to be working with a team which is very supportive and caring. This is not a common feature in every workplace, and I am really grateful to be working there.

In the future I would like to become a dental hygienist and therapist.

In my spare time I like to experiment and cook different dishes and cuisines. I enjoy travelling and exploring different countries and love learning about different cultures as their customs and traditions are unique to each family.
