Eilidh is a valued member of our reception team and a qualified dental nurse, giving her a unique understanding of both the clinical and front of house sides of the practice.

She joined Coatbridge Family Dental Care in June 2019 and has become a familiar and friendly face for many of our patients.

Her journey into dentistry began when she applied to college through clearing and she quickly realised it was the right career for her. She enjoys speaking with patients before their appointments, helping to ease any nerves and ensure they feel comfortable and prepared before treatment begins.

On reception, Eilidh works closely with Lesley managing calls, emails, new patient enquiries and appointment bookings, helping everything run smoothly from the very first point of contact.

As a qualified dental nurse, she also assists clinicians within the practice and works alongside Ainsley during sedation clinics, supporting patients throughout their appointment and helping to create a calm, reassuring environment.

Eilidh loves the team atmosphere at Coatbridge Family Dental Care and describes her colleagues as hilarious, caring and friendly, saying they genuinely feel like best friends. She believes that warmth and closeness help patients feel welcome and at ease from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Eilidh enjoys binge watching television series and listening to podcasts. She recently ticked Iceland off her bucket list and was lucky enough to see the Northern Lights.
